Great web page. I was with the 1stBn 12thFA from '75 to July '78. I remember FTX's during those Oklahoma winters well. Steve |
Gabby is so cute |
Gabby reminds me so much of my american cocker spaniel Gucci. Gucci creme and buff. He is 13 weeks old and very active. He hasn't been outside, except to go to the doctor, but I can't wait until he gets his last set of shots so that I can take him to the park and capture all those elegant moves he possess. We were afraid that he would get ill if we took him to a public place because he is so young. I have a strong feeling that Gucci will grow up to look just like your precious Gabby. |
I just love Gabby. I come to your website all the time. I think youv'e done a great job! I have a chocolate cocker spaniel named cocoa. |
Great website! I was a Pershing Missile Crewmember from 87 to the INF treaty. Was stationed at Swaebisch Gmuend, Germany. |
thank for the millions |
Hi,Gabby! I'm a 8 years old american cocker spaniel, like you. My name's Charlie. I love your site and all of your pictures. My mom is going to add your banner to my site. Best regards to you and your human parents |
Real Nice Homepage.Thank you for sharing the crests with us. I can't wait to show my 85 yr old dad,Benjamin Villanueva from Houston, Tx :)
God Bless Ya'll |
I loved Gabby's homepage! I really liked the stories included next to his pictures. As a I am a teacher of English as a second language, I think I might use some extracts for one of my lessons. I have a cocker too. His name is Toffee Ollanta, his middle name comes from a Quechua word (a native language from Peru) which means 'very brave'. Perhaps Toffee Ollanta can make friends with
Gabby.
All the best, Lourdes |
My Name is Gabby too. Hello there,Thanks for taking the effort and making this available on the web for us. It's a great help to some of us who are learning how to set up websites. |
Hello! What breed of spaniel is Gabby? I too own a spaniel, and we aren't sure if he is a purebred American Cocker, he looks EXACTLY like Gabby.. I was shocked when I saw Gabby's pictures, I thought *Whoa, isn't that Max??* I just thought that they would both be the same breed, Max has the same color hair, and the same shaped snout and everything!
Reply: Gabby is an American cocker spaniel :-) |

Ive been trying for two years to see if anybody from Sill or A-burg is still alive, in prison, or otherwise doing well. I am in contact with Cecil watts and Dean Lucas and have been in contact with these guys since 1985.If any of the brothers are around somewhere in this world.CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE ABLE. 100 proof still lives!!!!! Thanks manuel for a most excellent webpage, i like cocker spaniels too. |
Hey! I was stationed at Fliegerhorst from June '68 to Jan '70. I was in HQ Btry, 1/32nd FA while it still had Honest John. I recall talk of the transition to Lance, but I left before it happened. Other units I remember that were there at the time: 18th Aviation (Mohawk), 42nd Transportation, 2/75 Arty (8 Inch). There was a Hawk antiaircraft battery, but I don't recall the unit. Fliegerhorst fascinated me; I understand that it was a former Luftwaffe "resort" of sorts. I've been wondering if the post was still in operation. Enjoyed your site! Jim Graham Prescott, AR |
Thanks for offering the cm to inches converter. My sister-in-law just had a baby and yours was the first site to come up on Google as a converter--really helpful. |

Gabby is adorable. We have a cocker spaniel named Peanut. We just celebrated his 16th birthday in January with a party. So many of Gabby's pictures reminded me of Peanut, and made me laugh. We just lost our sweet baby Kate (Feb 8), a 15 yr. old Bichon, and Peanut's buddy, so this is a very sad home. But, Gabby, you made us smile today. May you have a long and healthy life!! I have two cockers Beau and Buffie. Buffie is 14 years old, but you would never know it. She is still a little "hell on wheels". Beau is 8 years old and has glacoma and is totally blind now. You would never know it though. He gets along quite well - just don't move furniture. I wish everyday that he could see though. |

Nice page |
Hi. Molly and I are from Johnston, RI. Molly is a soon to be 10 year old buff American Cocker and I am merely her human. We also had a male buff cocker named Murphy but he died on August 4th. Molly and I miss our boy so much. When we looked at Gabby's beautiful pictures we could not help but notice how much he and Murphy look alike.....like twins. Murphy was approaching his 13th birthday when he left us. He had been diagnosed with liver cancer only 5 days before his death. He also had an enlarged heart. In spite of this, he didn't show any symptoms until 5 days before he died. He went straight to the vet when I noticed his difficulty breathing. He was given medication but it didn't help. He died quietly and peacefully at my feet on a warm summer evening. He was cremated and we have his ashes at home. He will be buried with me when I go. Molly too. Molly is such a sweet girl. She is a joy and is a source of comfort to me. She loves to go for a walk and hates to ride in the car. She has been with me since she was 7 weeks old. Although she is with me most of the day, her favorite time is when we go to bed. She loves to get up and snuggle. She stretches out on "her" side of the bed while I watch Jay Leno. She prefers Animal Planet. She also likes the Pillsbury Doughboy, especially when he talks about cookies. We have a webpage although it a short one. Nothing like what you have. There is a picture of my babies there. Molly is the lighter one with the bow in her hair. She always wears a bow. Hopefully, some day I will get it together and expand the page. Right now, Molly and I are considering getting her a little brother.....a buff cocker of course.
Paula and Molly |
I love your pictures. I need to take more of my dog Sadie. She would have fun with Gabby. She is 7 years old and always a joy. |

This web site is great. I needed to refresh on basic calculations and this did it for me. Thank-you so much for putting this information online. I really appreciate it. I have been a stay at home Mom now for 3 years and I am starting back to my Specialty of LDRPs and needed this information for a basic med/surg. med test.
Thanks again, Laura. |

I worked at LTV Aerospace from 1969 to 1978. I was lead man in the resistance weld dept. where all the spot and seam welding was done for parts in the piston, and the spot welding of the engine cover (boatail) on the Lance. Your pictures bring back a lot of memories. I lived in Michigan until 1978, and now live in Cookeville, Tennessee. |

Hello!I am seriously interested in becoming a licensed pratical nurse in my home state of New York. I happened upon your website through The Student Nurse Forum. I found all of the resources very helpful and encouraging since I am changing careers at the age of 44. I originally studied to be a medical assistant but decided that if I could do that, I could go all the way and be a practical nurse and eventually R.N.Keep up the good work! Your website has certainly encouraged me to keep stepping forward toward my goals. |
I have a buff male cocker spaniel too! His name is Nico and my husband and I got a good laugh out of Gabby's cute pictures and how much Nico and Gabby look alike! Nico lives in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and loves to chase squirrels too, however he cannot climb trees likeGabby can.
Thanks! |
The guestbook looks great.... Keep up the good work. |
