Thanks for all the comments visitors have left in this guest book. Unfortunately, these comments were erased the last time I updated my web site (a FrontPage thing). After reformatting my hard drive somehow my back up files were changed. Manuel Villanueva
Hi, I enjoyed your site. I was also with the 1/32 FA at Fliegerhorst Kaserne from 6/75 - 12/76. I was an 82C20 if you know what that mos is you'll know that I greatly enjoyed my stay in FRG. Lee Albitz lee_albitz@lycos.com
Was at 1st USAFAD in Germany and went to 1st of 12th after in 1986, was in B Maybe we Met?
I was stationed in 1/32 FA "Proud Americans" during the same period that you were. I was there from Feb 85 to Dec 87 accompanied. I remember Chernobyl, the Berlin disco bombing, tainted Austrian wines (with antifreeze), and the space shuttle explosion. Most of the time I was in HHB, but for awhile there you & I were both in Svc Battery. I don't remember you, but I do remember your face and our Captain's face (but not his name) as seen in the thumbnail of you being promoted in-ranks on your lance missile page. I was not an FA MOS, I was a Ratt-Rigg operator. I kept in touch with one guy that I worked with named Joel Bass who now lives in Talahassee, FL.
I've searched for a 1/32 website but I have not found any. With my skills on the internet (extensive) that means one probably doesn't exist. I also have a few websites of my own and I am pretty experienced at hand-coding in HTML, CSS and somewhat in JavaScript too. You can visit them at www.geocities.com/1swellguy/ and www.executive-services.net . I am a "technical recruiter" in civilian life and I search the internet for programmers daily and offer them jobs. Feel free to contact me if you need help with your website.
Hey man! I love your site! Being a former lance crewman, I know exactly what you mean. I was in c-btry 1/12th when they became a mlrs battalion. I was also in 6/32nd and 4/12th over in Crailsheim, Germany a.k.a the F.R.O.G. so I can relate. I was suffering the net for some lance sites and this is the best one I've come across. Good Job! Manuel,
Great site! You've got tons of great pictures. I too was a Lance Crewman! Assigned to 2/377th FA in Germany 84-86' and 210th FA at Ft. Sill, 1987. Nice to re-live old times! If you don't mind, may I create a link to your page from mine? www.trseaman.com Thanks for a great page!

1st Lance 12th FA Bravo 1983-1985!! Alan Bell- If anyone is out there from that time drop me a line @ askcbell@yahoo.com
Great site! I've been searching (a long time) for a Lance missile site for a while, especially the 1/32 FA. I was in Bravo Btry. from 12/83 - 7/85, under Capt. Baumanis. I was in the 1st A&T with SSG. Cottle and 2nd Lt. Windsor. Any idea where I could find a scale model of the Lance? I've been looking for a while.
Rudy Keith.
Reply: Thanks for your message but I don't have your e-mail address. You might try roco.com for a scale model of the Lance.

I read with interest your paper on DuoDerm. It is also a pet peeve of mine and agree with you a 100%. I work in SICU and have had my share of seeing peeled DuoDerm in the coccyx area. What do you think of the use of CritiCaid, a medicated cream for macerated skin? In my opinion, it is messy and difficult to clean up and it is doubtful if it is superior to other ointment such as A&D. What does your institution use? The manufacturer advises we not clean it off the skin, but with contaminant such as fecal material, how can you not? Puangpen www.prescottfamily.net
