Hi, Your pictures are wonderful... We will be getting our 'first' little female, buff colored puppy in a couple of months. Her name will be "Remi" and I am into learning all about cocker spaniels before she becomes part of our family, which is only my husband and I - our daughters are grown and married with a dog and cat each and now we will have our puppy to go along with our wonderful, spoiled cat, "richard"... I hope our "Remi" will be as beautiful as yours. Though I'm sure when it's your own puppy they are always beautiful and wonderful and very smart. Thanks for sharing your pictures... | Hi! Your Cocker Spaniel is beautiful. They are truly the most loving breed! I had a Cocker Spaniel named Cara who died last year. I currently have a 2 year old black and white Cocker named Oreo. We got her when she was 7 weeks old and she's wonderful. I think she thinks she owns us. My family got my father a new Cocker last year. She is black and tan. Her name is Sophie!! Gabby is adorable, and almost as cute as my Cybill, a buff Cocker 8 years of age. But all Cockers are cute!! I am a Cocker Spanielaholic, and have no intention of looking for a support group to try to work on this condition. I have had 4 Cockers, so far, all rescues, and I am sure I will always have Cockers. My most recent adoption, Cybill, came from a good home(for a change!). She needed a new home because of a growing conflict between her and the 2 yr. old child in the house. Cyb's 1st Mom wanted her to have more attention & love than what she was getting. I was approved for adoption because I have a "good Cocker resume". I love Cyb, she has adjusted well to her new home, but one evening I told Cybill that I love her very much but I knew she loved her 1st Mom, and her 1st Mom still loves her. And if 1st Mom would want her back, she could have Cybill back....when she pries her from my cold, dead hands!!! When the Cocker babies come to me they are with me until they go to the rainbow bridge. Sorry to hear abot Gabby's sore footies. We had a very harsh winter in Ohio also, and it was hard on my babies, too. God bless, Cindy |

I have three one male, Black his name is Mr BoJangles, Two females, Hollie she is 10 years old, I just recently found out she has Osteosarcoma & Neurofibrosarcoma Cancer, I am worried sick over her. hello manuel i read your story and found it heartbreaking i am a 30year old black-american rn who can totally understand the things you endured i've been a nurse for 7 years almost all of it in management and just today one of my white couterparts asked me if i was a nurses aide even after telling her that i just passed our critical thinking exam which only 4 out of 26 passed its ashame that still in 2003 there is not only racism its ignored its blantant my father always says you have to run the race faster to get to the same place our white couterparts get .your web site is great and if you never forget who are and remind them of it every day they hate that remember the greatest revenge is living well! byena rn |

Your Gabby could be a twin to our beloved Buffy. Unfortunately, our Buffy passed away March '02. He was a 15 years old Buff cocker. He was "wonderful and full of life." I believe that once in a lifetime a special pet will come into your life and put a foot print on your heart, and beyond a doubt, he did that for us. I know all of the a joy and love that you are experience with your Gabby. |

Thanks for the drug calculators!! I have been looking for such a thing for some time. I work as an RN on a medical telemetry floor in New Britain, CT.. Although we have a way of calculating drip rates on our computerized charting system, the computers are not always available. I am running your calculators on a NEC 780 handheld computer. These calculators also seem to run on a Windows PC - WindowsXP. |
